OSA鈥檚 integration Of reputation and image with key audience engagement is a critical element of 茄子视频鈥檚 Five-Year Strategic Plan, and it involves such activities as:

• Developing and overseeing community education efforts to increase understanding of 茄子视频鈥檚 mission and community commitment
