For over five decades, Charles R. ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵ University of Medicine and Science (ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵ) has educated health care professionals in the Watts-Willowbrook community and excelled as a premier medical research facility. Our institution has a unique focus on developing health care professionals who will lead the way in transforming lives in underserved communities across the globe.
Since its inception in 1966, the University has graduated more than 575 physicians, 1,200 physician assistants and over a thousand other health professionals, as well as training over 2,700 physician specialists through its sponsored residency programs. Its School of Nursing has graduated over 1000 nursing professionals, including over 600 family nurse practitioners.
